Bruce Campbell is THE MAN! The way he says stuff is just great! Well, I truly hope that you'll watch this movie. Also this film has an enormous amount of quotable lines.
Since then, I have seen Evil Dead 2, but neither film is a prerequisite for this film. Angsuran keempat dari waralaba Evil Dead, berfungsi baik sebagai reboot dan sebagai kelanjutan longgar dari seri. When I watched Army of Darkness, I hadn't seen either Evil Dead or Evil Dead 2. In fact, to this day I still haven't seen Evil Dead. You don't even need to see the first two to understand what's going on or anything like that. Evil Dead and Evil Dead 2 are the first two installments, then Army Of Darkness. Also, if you didn't already know this, this is the 3rd installment to a series.
You really can't explain this movie to someone that hasn't seen it, you just need to see it for yourself. The film stars Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci. The movie is just plain weird, but that's what makes it so great. Evil Dead is a 2013 American supernatural horror film directed by Fede Álvarez, in his feature directorial debut, written by Rodo Sayagues and Álvarez and produced by Robert Tapert, Sam Raimi, and Bruce Campbell. The fourth installment in the Evil Dead franchise, it serves as a soft reboot/continuation of the original film series. First thing you need to keep in mind is that this movie IS NOT trying to be serious, and most definitely doesn't take itself seriously. The comedy in this film is VERY odd, so I could understand if someone didn't find it funny at first.
I was NOT disappointed! This is probably one of the funniest movies I've ever seen!!! This movie is definitely not for everyone though. The years went by and in late 2000 or maybe 2001 I finally decided to watch it, cause I'd heard so much about it and just couldn't take it anymore, I had to see what the fuss was about. What can I say, if you're not a fan - this isn't going to convert you, but I was and am and know I still have the third and final season to look forward too.I remember when this film just came out in the theater, I didn't know anything about the Evil Dead films and in fact hadn't even heard of them. I love that each episode is a little over half an hour, rather than the traditional 42 or so - that meant I could binge the season over a couple of nights. Having settled for a life in Jacksonville away from the worries of deadites, Ash (Bruce Campbell) is living his best life.
The second season, is frankly, more of the same, and all the better for it. It was a fantastic, authentic continuation of the story - with great additions, physical effects and buckets of gore. As a long-time fan of "The Evil Dead" I was a totally mark for the first season of "Ash Vs. The Evil Dead is a 1981 American supernatural horror film written and directed by Sam Raimi.
